Its exclusive design allows to dig into fibrosis, so as to make an edge, or grasp an edge. Direct line of sight to the tip is outstanding in the vertical/oblique orientation. Alternatively, you can start in the more traditional horizontal orientation, still with an excellent view of tissue due to the small tip mass.
